Why do people so frequently write a lower case "i" when they are otherwise writing in all capital letters?

i thought the [ignore "Read More" click-through] was a secret link to more drops of blood!
ReplyDeleteBecause the "I" is usally the lone capital in the lower case sea so when you capitalize what normally is not you lower case what normally is!
